WARNING! I would not recommend Henleys Body Shop to anyone. The work is second rate and not timely. My car was in their shop for over four weeks. They had to paint the hood and trunk from when I was rear-ended and didn't bother to fix the scratches that were there prior to the accident. Knowing that both parts needed to be sanded and painted they simply pained over the scratches so now I have pretty pained scratches in both my hood and trunk. When I went to pick it up they stated that they tried calling and left a message. This never happened. Might I add that I spoke with the manager and the receptionist multiple time while my car was there and not once did they ask if I wanted the scratches fixed. I would have gladly paid the 30 minutes of labor it would have taken to fix. In my opinion and other body shops the trunk and hood should have been replaced. I know that if I ran a business like this it would be OUT of business.
Pros:Not a single PRO Cons:No customer service skills, no management skills, and most of all communication skills.
Do not take your car here first if you are in an accident. They only look at the cosmetic damage. After leaving them with my car for ten days to fix the door I took my car to another shop to get an alignment and found out that my rear axel had been bent and both rear wheels where tilted inward. The tilt was very noticeable when the mechanic pointed it out to me. Having never been in an accident before I was under the impression when I took it to get an estimate on the damage from the accident the shop when look at the whole car. This is not true and I would image most body shops would not inspect more than cosmetic damage either. I am posting this tip for other people who may make the same mistake I did. Now I am responsible for paying for the axel repair not the person who hit me.
Pros:Very friendly service, body work looks great. Cons:I wish they had looked over the whole car for damage and not just accepted what was obvious to the untrained eye.
